| Chinese economic and trade delegation visited Croatia |

From Feb. 18th to Feb 20th, led by Mr. Chen Jian, the assistant minister of Commerce, a Chinese economic and trade delegation of 9 governmental officials visited Croatia. Mr. Chen hold meetings with Mr. Krunoslav Pla?o, assistant Minister of Economy, Labour and Entrepreneurship, Mr. Branko Vukelic, Minister of Economy, Labour and Entrepreneuership, Mr. Bozidar Kalmeta, state secretary of Ministry of Ocean, Tourism, Transportation and development. The delegation then visited Elka d.d.
On Feb. 19th, the economic and trade seminar between China and Croatia was held in Croatian Chamber of Economy and 120 government officials and entrepreneurs from both countries attended. Mr. Chen Jian gave a speech on mutual investment and contracting cooperation between China and Croatia.
Mr. David Sopta, the assistant minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Nadan Vido?vi? President of the Croatian Chamber of Economy, gave a welcome speech. Mr. Krunoslav Placko, assistant minister of Economy, Labor and Entrepreneurship presented the possibilities of investments in the Republic of Croatia and advantages of the free zones. After the forum, match-making began.
